Meet our Founders

With more than a decade of experience in custom homebuilding, Nest Homes brings a refined and intentional approach to residential living—grounded in craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and a commitment to wellness. Led by founders Eric and Bianca Rey, the team blends expertise and creativity to shape homes and communities that elevate everyday life.

Eric, a seasoned general contractor with over 20 years of experience building boutique homes, focuses on quality and long-lasting value. Bianca, a designer, Realtor, and certified health coach, ensures every home reflects beauty, comfort, and purposeful functionality. Together, they create environments where families can live well, grow, and thrive.
